What kind of shipping methods do you offer?

Right now, we offer Express shipping for all orders. Express shipping typically takes between 4-10 Working days. Some orders (depending on order contents or your region) may be eligible for expedited shipping. Expedited shipping takes 2-4 business days. If your order is eligible for expedited shipping you’ll see the option as a “Shipping Method” at checkout.

How much does shipping cost?

We offer free Express shipping on all US. orders over $30. Orders under $30 will be charged $4.97 for Express shipping or $15.97 for expedited shipping. Please note that expedited shipping is not available for all orders or regions. If your order is eligible for expedited shipping you’ll see the option as a “Shipping Method” at checkout.

International shipping varies by region but you will be provided a shipping fee at checkout.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes! We ship to most countries worldwide.

When will my order ship?

Once you place your order, we start working on it right away! Shipping and processing times depend on the items in your order. The type of product(s) you ordered will determine how long it takes to ship. For example, in stock items will ship same or next business day. A custom-made personalized order typically takes 7-10 business days to ship. The shipping estimate for each product is provided in real-time on the product page. You’ll also receive individual shipping estimates for each product in your Order Confirmation email.

If your order contains multiple items we will send you each item as it’s ready, so you may receive multiple packages at different times.

Where can I find my tracking number?

After you place an order, you'll receive an email confirmation with your order number. Your tracking number will be sent to you via a separate email once your order is ready to leave our warehouse. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to update before reviewing your shipment status.

Lost package?

For issues with delivery or tracking, the easiest and fastest way to get a resolution is to reach out directly to the shipping company. Sometimes carriers will prematurely mark shipments as “delivered”, or need additional information from you to complete the delivery.

If your order has not arrived within the estimated shipping time, or you have additional questions regarding shipping, please contact

Please note: all shipping estimates are approximate due to COVID-19 delays. Shipping carriers are experiencing heavy volumes and we’re seeing more delays than usual (both domestic and international). You may also notice gaps and inconsistencies in your tracking information, so we apologize for the inconvenience. Thank you for your patience and understanding.

 

TAXES & CUSTOMS

Verori is not responsible for any duty and tax fees for international shipping. To find out if you’ll be charged for duties and taxes, please refer to your local customs website. The limits for duty-free packages are established by your local customs authorities.
